Darla Farmer

Chief Executive Officer / Founder

A Fort Bend County resident since 1993, Darla has been a long-time volunteer and supporter of many children’s charities. Self-employed for over 30 years, Darla has extensive business administration, operations, marketing, and customer relations. Her visionary leadership is illustrated through her passion for Hope For Three’s mission.

Rowena Vicerra Laine

Family Assistance Director

Rowena is a busy mom of three who left a longstanding career in Healthcare IT to fully invest her time in her two sons, who have autism. Along this journey, she witnessed her boys thrive by utilizing the resources available and learned to fight for some that seemed unattainable. Rowena found her passion in autism advocacy and volunteering. She is excited to contribute significantly to the organization and families like her own.

Deborah Juarez

Family Assistance Coordinator

Deborah graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. She has worked in different roles, but one of the most rewarding experiences was working as a Registered Behavior Technician. She looks forward to continuing as an advocate in the autism community as she serves families through Hope For Three.

Gillian Obiosa-Maife, ACCA


Gillian is an experienced accountant, married with three children, and resides in Sugar Land. She brings her extensive accounting skills and nonprofit experience to Hope For Three to ensure financial health stability and maintain standards for economic data. She has a servant’s heart, is hardworking, and enjoys taking on challenges and solving problems.

Claudia Longoria

Operations Manager 

Claudia is a University of Houston alumni with a Bachelor’s in Communications and a minor in Spanish. She brings over ten years of experience in the financial sector to our organization—a mom of two with a passion for helping and is excited to immerse herself in Hope For Three’s mission.

Dahlia Moreno

Executive Assistant

Dahlia served as a former Hope For Three Teen Huddle member (four years). She brings years of volunteer experience and passion for helping families and children living with autism. Dahlia is a recent cum laude graduate from Houston Christian University, majoring in Medical Humanities with double minors in Spanish and General Business.

Alondra Lopez-Huerta

Volunteer Coordinator 

Alondra grew up in Mexico and is the first one in her family to graduate from high school and college. As a Wharton County Junior College graduate with an Associate in Arts – Psychology, she wants to expand her studies by working toward her Bachelor’s in Clinical Psychology. She is open-minded, passionate, eager to learn new things quickly, and wants to dedicate her skills and talents to Hope For Three.

Cristina Umanzor

Administrative Coordinator

Cristina “Tina” recently graduated from Houston Christian University with a double major in Medical Humanities and Spanish. Tina is a first-generation college graduate with a passion for helping others. She brings her experience in social media marketing to Hope For Three to advance the organization’s mission.
